Why? Of the Day: Perry the Platypus on the driveway

 

Perry (our son) has been working doing his power washing business again this summer. Today he did his last client since school starts tomorrow.

Perry (the platypus) is still his mascot. Perry (our son) is good at drawing Perry (the platypus) and we find doodles of Perry (the platypus) around the house. But the latest: a large scale Perry (the platypus) doodle on our driveway power washed by Perry (our son)! Why? 

The only way to get it off is to finish power washing the driveway. Well…Looks like we’re getting a free power wash from Perry (our son) this week.

Update: 20days later and Perry (our son) has yet to  power wash the driveway. Thus Perry (the platypus) in a picture of perfection, persistently poses patiently while Perry (our son) postpones the power washing to prioritize prepping for school. Perry (our son’s) procrastination is palpable.
