Perry at Camp Belzer

Perry was soo in his element at Cub Scout Day Camp this week! He is so confident in many things, but especially in physical activities. He has total courage! He is a strong and determined young man. But he also is a good kid. He was kind to all the boys in our troop, even helping them follow the rules. He's a natural leader, and kids listen to him. He made new friends with Porter Lindberg and Jack Joray. He has always made friends easily, especially with other good kids like him... for which I am very grateful. I know those qualities will be a great blessing in his life.
They ran an obstacle course relay race repeatedly for 30+mins to see who could complete it the most times. Perry didn’t care about coming in first. He just wanted to do it with style. 😄 He may not be the fastest or the biggest, but he’s definitely the most nimble.  Watching him run the obstacle course showed how he really is: goes hard, even above & beyond... but only when he feels like it. 😋
I’m glad I got to be there with him for a couple days and grateful for the other moms who took videos and photos when I wasn’t there. I love this kiddo so much!
