The Come, Follow Me program has been incredible. We are not always perfect at doing it well every Sunday after church, or getting through the whole chapter each week. But it has definitely increased our knowledge of the New Testament and our family learning time at home together. It gives us more opportunities to share our testimonies from the prompt questions and discussion suggestions in the chapters. I have loved hearing you kids, as well as daddy, share the things you are learning and how you add them to your testimonies. It makes my joy over flow!
Daddy took this picture unbeknownst to me. We were discussing the resurrected Savior and I asked Charlie to tell us what Jesus looks like. I flipped through pages of the manual to show photos of Jesus among groups of other people. Even though there are always their bearded men in the paintings, Charlie always correctly picked out which man was the Savior. ❤️
I love the Gospel of Jesus Christ! I love my Savior and I love my family! I am grateful eternally that we will be together forever because of Him.
