Family First: Bike ride on the Monon Trail

Our first family bike ride on the Monon was awesome! Daddy skateboarded next to Josie and I pulled Charlie in the trailer. We saw a cool UK telephone booth turned into a free little library. The weather was great and we went rode for miles. Josie did a great job on her first long bike ride... except accidentally crashing into a lady! A woman in front of Josie had stopped to take a photo, and Jo couldn't slow down fast enough and plowed into her. :( No one was hurt and the lady wasn't upset. Jo took a break after that and rode in the trailer with Charlie. Daddy was a rock star and carried Josie's bike while he rode the skateboard. :) Such a great dad.
The kids were so tired, the littles didn't even take their helmets off in the car! ha ha
