Our country had its 250th birthday! The cruise dining rooms were decorated in all things USA. It was cool! Dad & I watched a World Cup game on the jumbo screen at the pool deck. The sun felt nice. There was live music on deck and the cruise cameras were capturing passengers dancing. A couple of times the camera landed on us, and dad would grab my face and kiss me! :)
We spent the evening going ashore in Victoria Canada. Felt a little wrong being out of the country for such a big day. But it was beautiful and we were amazed by how clean and well kept the city is. We especially liked the cute floating homes on the wharf.
