First Priesthood Session with Dad

An evening we’ve all been looking forward to for years! Kaden had a nice time going out to dinner with his dad before watching the General Priesthood session together at church. He even came home and shared with us what he learned! So impressed he paid attention. This Kowboy of ours is growing up so much. We've been talking with him a lot over the last couple years about how to gain a testimony. I see the changes in him as he puts in the effort to really search for answers and pray. He's been reading the Book of Mormon on his own (mostly on the early morning bus ride, he reads for 40mins) and shares with me what he's reading. My baby is getting older and most importantly, maturing Spiritually. It makes my heart soar to see my son loving the Gospel and actively choosing to live it. It’s a relief really! But i also know its a life time pursuit to keep fighting the adversary every day, to guide our children in choosing to do good and be good. I love our children so much! And I’m so grateful for the good example Kaden is setting for his siblings by happily trying to follow Jesus.
