We’ve never actually been to the pancake breakfast at the kids school. But since we have been redistricted to Geist Elementary next year, we figured we’d better go foe the kids’ sake.
We hit up the book fair afterward. The kids brought their money and they carefully shopped for what they wanted. We didn’t notice that Charlie was loading his arms full of books until he asked, “Can I get these??” Uh no. But we did buy him the Kissing Hand.
Some items made us laugh, but none had me giggling more than the book titled “The Roots of Rap”! Just what all my little thugs need to read. 😆
