NOT Snow Fun

We had a big dump of snow, finally! Went to Flat Fork Creek to sled for our first time there. It was CROWDED!!! The kids had a lot of fun zooming down the hill and crashing into the weeds. But I saw person after person take hard tumbles and get knocked down. Including me! Perry was coming right at me while I took a video. I tried to move but it was like he suddenly turned and just took me out at my feet! It didn't really hurt and we both just sat there and laughed. But what wasn't so funny...
Daddy took the 3 kids younger kids on a sled down the hill. They were all smiles until the end. Charlie's foot got pulled under the sled and his legs were dragged under until he ended up face down in the weeds with the sled and the others on top of him! I quickly ran to him, yelling at them to get off! He was crying so hard! :( He was scared and hurt and his snow boots had been ripped off. I immediately carried him to the van to calm him down. I checked him over and aside from some little scratches, he wasn't hurt. But he was not willing to go back out. Neither was I. We just played with my phone taking pictures of our silly faces instead. Lesson learned: Flat Fork is too steep and too crowded for 4yr olds.
